Mrs. Keebler graduated from Oil City High School, and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Spanish Education from Clarion University. Mrs. Keebler began her teaching career at Venango Catholic where she taught Spanish and French. She accepted a positon with Clarion Area School District in 2000 where she spent six years teaching elementary Spanish to students in grades K-6. While with the Clarion School District, Mrs. Keebler obtained her masters in education with a specialization in curriculum and instruction from Gannon University. She also earned her English as a Second Language (ESL) program specialist certification. Nearing the end of her tenure, she completed her K-12 principal’s certification through Gannon University. In the summer of 2006, Mrs. Keebler accepted the position of high school principal for Titusville High School. She served in that position for seven years. In 2013, Mrs. Keebler transferred from the high school to Main Street Elementary School. While serving as the Main Street Elementary principal, Mrs. Keebler completed her letter of eligibility/superintendent’s certification through Gannon University. In the summer of 2018 she was promoted to the Director of Federal Programs, Curriculum and Learning. In 2019, Mrs. Keebler accepted the position as Superintendent of Schools for Titusville Area School District.
2019-2020: On June 23, 2020, The School Board of Directors rated Mrs. Keebler on separate attributes that apply to the six performance standards noted below. Mrs. Keebler met each of these standards for the 2019-2020 school year.
Achievement of annual measurable objectives established by the district; achievement of Pennsylvania System of School Assessment (PSSA) tests; Achievement on Keystone Exams; Student growth as measured by the Pennsylvania Value-Added Assessment System; Attrition rates or graduation rates; Financial management standards; Standards of Operational Excellence; Any additional criteria deemed relevant and mutually agreed to by the Board and Superintendent.
