Congratulations to Nick Drake, a 7th Grade student at TMS! Nick entered his drawing into the Team Voyager banner contest and was selected by the Team Voyager teachers as the 2009 winner. Team Voyager, who sponsored the contest, consists of the middle school art, music, physical education, library science, technology education, family and consumer science, foreign languages and computer science departments.

Along with winning a T-shirt prize, Nick is in the process of designing the banner which will be displayed in the TMS cafeteria. He is being assisted by fellow 7th grader Ben Snyder. Team Voyager would like to give a big THANK YOU to all students who participated in the contest!

We hope to see everyone support Team Voyager by attending our Voyager Fest evening on Thursday, November 17th from 6-7:30 pm.
