Being Late....Not so Great!! Just a reminder to parents that students must be here by 8:15 a.m. Anyone arriving after 8:15 is marked as an unexcused tardy. Most of our classes start their day with Reading instruction, so it is critical for all our students to be on time.

The 2009 Homecoming court for Titusville High School was announced Friday during school. The student body will vote on their favorite choice and the winner will be crowned homecoming queen at the game Friday, October 16th.
Congratualations to all the candidates!

DIRECTOR: Miss Smith
First auditions will be held on October 21st from 3:30-5:00 and October 22nd from 6:00 - 8:00. Second auditions will be held on October 29th, 2009.
There will be an audition sign up sheet in the office one week prior to auditions. Sign up in order and BE ON TIME for your audition. If you miss your time slot, you missed your chance.
You may have to audition twice for the talent show. The first audition is preliminary and we understand that your act is not complete. You must have your act completed and perfected by the second audition or you will be cut from the show. We may not need to see you again.
If you are interested in being an MC, see Miss Smith for special instructions.
All bands will audition from 7:00-8:00 on the 22nd . Bands must have their equipment in the building and ready to play by your audition time. Only two bands will be chosen, so pick your best song.

Beginning in the 2009-2010 school year, all elementary schools in the Titusville Area School District will be considered schoolwide Title I programs. In the past, only the Early Childhood Learning Center was considered a schoolwide program. The rest of our elementary buildings were targeted assistance. The primary difference between the two programs is that with the targeted assistance program, Title I federal funds can only be used with the students who are most at risk for reading difficulty. In a schoolwide program, Title I federal funds can be used to benefit ALL children.
